Everything was perfect, the location by the sea in a modern area was magnificent, and there was a beautiful succulent garden just 1 km away – I would definitely choose it again.

Reasonably large and airy unit with real bed. Croissants and bread for breakfast at the bakery next door. Overall a GOOD stay for 2 nights.

Location short walk to Eze village and grocery store as well as France. Good basic and brand-new room with complimentary wireless internet, a storage space and a balcony, and absolutely superb view of the sea from it.

Relaxing Base with great amenities!

Had a really nice stay here during our trip. The weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy a marvellous location with a room right next to a supermarket, bakery, and garden. 🌞

We loved the spacious balcony with its stunning view of the Mediterranean. the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals. As young families, we really appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as the automatic entry doors, elevator, and all-accessible bathroom. the underground parking was also convenient. the amazing view of Eze Village from the hotel was a highlight for us.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel, with friendly staff, easy access to surrounding areas, staff ability to speak English and amazing views. Some rooms have limited views because of trees and Fragonard, but we enjoyed learning how the village worked. The balcony was lovely, pool fine. People very accomodating. We would return ih a heartbeat! Access to all needed amenities in town very convenient. What a fabulous escape! The location was phenomenal!

It would have been nice to have a better bed, and a chair,so that we could sit somewhere besides the bed. Lamps next to beds did not allow for reading.

Nice, clean little appartments, located in a beautiful village (Eza). There is a little supermarket very close to the hotel, which is convenient. The staff are pleasant and professional.

The parking is a bit expensive (10 euros a night). The village is kinda far from all the nearby cities.
